Just back from my holiday in the Philippines.
What a stunning country. The people are very friendly and the scenery is breathtaking.
There is a sad side to this country...the poverty. It really hits home when a kid who is 5 years old is begging for money or a blind woman is begging on a busy street while her baby is crawling about in the dirt.
I am now officially addicted to scuba diving. I thought I would give it a go and then ended up taking a course! So Im now a certified diver : )
Yes, other Asian countries get the coverage but I reckon that the Philippines is totally underrated.

Beautiful work, Scot. I saw the Hogg Blog and couldn't resist commenting as I am a stateside Hogg, Sara Marie Hogg age 59. I am also an artist and writer. Most glad someone has a Hogg Blog as I did not think of it myself! Keep up the good work.
